  Melody has been the most helpful insurance agent ever! She helped me very patiently and willingly through a car accident that wasn't even billed through my insurance (the other drivers'). She also taught me what the proper order of procedures was so I wouldn't get screwed in the process. And she was prompt and thorough about getting what I needed for refinancing my home loan. I switched to her because another Allstate agent in Everett had made errors processing my car insurance set up and couldn't seem to answer questions accurately or with confidence. I'm so relieved I switched. She's personable and has a ton of experience so you really will be "in good hands"

  Absolutely the greatest agent I have encountered in 50 years with Allstate, and she is not even listed as my agent!!!! Works so well with changes and a super office (fun stuff there) and great staff. By all means I trust this agency 100% & am so glad I found them!!!
